In the event that a Loyalty Programme member provides incorrect or incomplete information, Aminess shall bear no responsibility for the member’s inability to use the Programme benefits.

If no activity or accumulated points are recorded under a member’s identification number for a period of three years, all previously earned points in the member's account shall be deleted. Point collection may begin again following the member’s next stay.

A member may terminate their membership in the Loyalty Programme at any time and without giving reasons by submitting written notice. This constitutes withdrawal from the Loyalty Programme and permanently terminates the existing relationship between the member and the Programme, including all membership-related benefits.

3.1. EARNING AND COLLECTING POINTS

Points earned as described in this Section shall be credited to the member’s Loyalty Programme profile. Points are not awarded for stays completed before the member’s registration date or before the launch of the Loyalty Programme (1 April 2018).

The points allocation system is subject to the following conditions according to membership tier:

  • AMI Card: 1 point per €1 spent
  • AMI Premium: 1 point per €1 spent

Where a stay is paid partly with points and partly with cash or another standard currency, points shall only be awarded on the monetary portion of the payment and not on the portion paid with points.

To earn points and enjoy the benefits of the AMI Card and AMI Premium programmes, members must identify themselves at the relevant reception desk of the accommodation property to ensure that the guest's details match the registered Loyalty Programme account. Identification is carried out by presenting an official identification document upon registration.

Members automatically earn points for Programme services charged to their room account. Services paid directly in cash or by credit card at external sales points (for example hotel restaurants) do not generate points.

Points are credited and become visible on the Loyalty Programme portal within 48 hours after check-out and may only be redeemed during a subsequent stay.

Welcome points are activated after the member’s first completed stay and may only be redeemed from the second stay onward. Welcome points do not count toward the cumulative number of points required for Premium membership.

Points may only be credited to the account of the member who personally stayed at the property or personally used the service generating the points.

In the case of accommodation services, points may be credited for a maximum of: 3 rooms / 3 camping pitches / 3 mobile homes / 3 villas or 3 apartments during a stay, provided that the cardholder made all reservations via www.aminess.com, the Aminess Contact Centre, or at the property reception. The Loyalty Programme member must stay in at least one of the reserved accommodation units.

No points may be earned for accommodation units that do not meet these conditions.

Points are not awarded in case of a no-show. Points are also not awarded in the case of late cancellation penalties.

The following redemption values apply:

Members may review their point balance at any time through the Loyalty Programme website:

www.aminess.com/en/loyalty

and through their personal profile on the same website.

When joining the Programme during the reservation process through the Aminess website, members receive a confirmation email containing their unique Loyalty Programme identification number.

Members who join via the Aminess Contact Centre or at a property reception receive an activation link by email through which they set their password and gain access to their online account.

The electronic membership card contains an individual identification number that is non-transferable and, together with an official identification document, serves as identification at Aminess hotels and campsites.

For personal data protection reasons, guests cannot be identified solely on the basis of the membership card. After check-in, identification at internal points of sale is possible using the accommodation unit number.

Members are required to use the email address associated with their Loyalty Programme account whenever making future reservations through www.aminess.com.

Following electronic registration, members automatically receive 375 welcome points after completing their first stay.

To receive Programme benefits, members must provide either their electronic membership card number or the email address associated with their membership when booking accommodation through www.aminess.com or the Aminess Reservation Centre.

Registration of multiple persons under a single account or multiple registrations of the same person under different accounts is not permitted.

Members may not lend, transfer, or sell their electronic membership cards. Violation of this rule results in the loss of all Programme rights.

The electronic membership card is strictly personal and may only be used by the member whose name appears on the account. The card remains the property of Aminess, which reserves the right to deactivate or reject it if the member fails to comply with Programme rules and conditions.

Members are responsible for all activities related to their membership account.

In the event of the member’s death, membership rights shall not transfer to heirs, and membership shall be automatically terminated.

The membership card has no expiry date.

4.BENEFITS AND USE OF BENEFITS

Benefits may be used for all stays booked through the website www.aminess.com or the Aminess Reservation Centre in the name of a person who is a member of the Loyalty Programme.

In addition to benefits obtained through the redemption of collected points, members may enjoy a range of other benefits on various ancillary services within Aminess properties, as well as preferential accommodation rates through the use of AMI member rates. A complete list of benefits and any applicable restrictions is available on the Loyalty Programme website at www.aminess.com/en/loyalty.

Complaints regarding services or products obtained through Programme benefits may only be submitted upon presentation of the retail receipt at the location where the service was provided or the product collected.

Benefits available under the Aminess Loyalty Programme may only be redeemed in accordance with the benefits listed in the current Benefits List, available at www.aminess.com/en/loyalty or in other official Aminess Loyalty Programme publications.

Stays and Loyalty Programme benefits may not be transferred to another member's account (whether existing or newly created).

Advancement to the next membership tier occurs automatically once a member collects a minimum of 3,000 points within the calendar year, calculated from the date of enrolment. Promotional points are not included in this threshold.
