David Skoko and Stiven Vunić lead the savory narrative, transforming the freshest catch and seasonal ingredients into dishes that honor tradition while pushing modern boundaries. To ensure the evening ends on a high note, pastry chef Martina Labinjan brings her expertise in crafting desserts that capture the delicate, sweet essence of the Mediterranean.
