Celebrate the spirit of Orebić
Orebić celebrates the sea, wine and its captains. In May, the Festival peljeških kapetana, a celebration of Pelješac's seafaring captains, takes the town back to the golden age of seafaring and ends with Pomorska noć, the Maritime Night. On summer Wednesdays, the Festival peljeških okusa, a food and wine festival, brings winemakers, chefs and musicians together on Trg Mimbelli, and as part of the festival, fishermen's nights are held in villages across the municipality. In summer, klapa singers perform by the Church of the Annunciation (Nuncijata) at the Zvuci Dalmacije (Sounds of Dalmatia) evenings, and in December, winemakers open their cellars during the Dani otvorenih vinskih podruma Pelješca (Pelješac Open Wine Cellar Days).

Pelješac Captains' Festival
Orebić's most important event takes the town back to the golden age of sailing ships, with costumed tours, klapa, folklore and Pelješac wines. The festival ends with the traditional Pomorska noć (Maritime Night).
Flavours of Pelješac
On summer Wednesdays on Trg Mimbelli, Pelješac winemakers and chefs serve wine, fish and local delicacies, and as part of the festival, fishermen's nights also move to other villages in the municipality, such as Lovište and Trstenik.
Surfers in Viganj
Viganj is one of the best-known surf spots in the Adriatic and hosts windsurfing and kitesurfing competitions. Even if you don't surf, it's worth coming to watch the sails fly across the Pelješac Channel.
