On the historical hotel terrace, the day starts with an obligatory cup of coffee, and ends with aperitif overlooking the sailboats gliding peacefully across the sea. While our bartenders mix up a classic, enjoy the spirit of the Roaring Twenties – carefree, elegant and daringly different.

From May to September, the 7 Seas Restaurant & Bar occasionally hosts dinners by Croatia’s most renowned chefs. Enjoy specially curated menus inspired by local ingredients and island tradition, with five carefully crafted courses paired with local wines from Korčula.
