General terms and conditions

SCOPE OF THE OFFER AND RESERVATIONS

The company Aminess Hospitality Group d.o.o. markets and sells accommodation services in accordance with the published information, descriptions, periods of stay, and applicable price lists, and in line with the confirmed reservation and/or concluded agreement, in the name and on behalf of the properties operating under the Aminess Hotels & Resorts brand (hereinafter referred to as AMINESS).

By submitting a reservation inquiry and confirming a reservation, you accept the AMINESS General Terms and Conditions, which shall apply to the accommodation service you purchased.

ACCOMMODATION PRICES

The AGENCY may choose one of the two available cooperation models:

BAR RATE – Accommodation prices are calculated in accordance with the currently valid rates published on the AMINESS website www.aminess.com reduced by the applicable agency discount.

AMINESS reserves the right to adjust accommodation prices during the term of this Agreement.

During the reservation process, the AGENCY is required to continuously monitor the availability of accommodation capacities and the applicable accommodation rates.

The final price for the service paid by the guest shall be determined independently by the AGENCY, provided that such a price is not lower than the rate published on the AMINESS website.

The price specified in the offer shall be considered indicative until the reservation is confirmed.

RACK RATE – Accommodation prices are calculated in accordance with the valid fixed rates available in the online booking system on the AMINESS website www.aminess.com, reduced by the applicable agency discount.

The prices are fixed throughout the year and will not change depending on demand. The price specified in the offer shall be considered indicative until the reservation is confirmed.

TYPE OF BOARD SERVICE

The type of service depends on the property

All Inclusive Light /AILP/ includes the following: overnight stay, buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, and buffet dinner.

Half Board / PV / PVP / includes the following: overnight stay, buffet breakfast, and buffet dinner.

Bed and Breakfast / NDP / includes the following: overnight stay and buffet breakfast.

At the Aminess Vival Maestral Hotel, during the period from 02/01/2026 to 21/03/2026 (inclusive) and from 02/11/2026 to 28/12/2026 (inclusive), the half board price includes beverages in the restaurant during dinner (draft still soft drinks, natural water and mineral water).

At the Laguna Maradiso Hotel by Aminess, during the period from 06/03/2026 to 21/05/2026 (inclusive) and from 21/09/2026 to 31/10/2026 (inclusive), the half board price includes beverages in the restaurant during dinner (draft white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, mineral water).

At the hotels Aminess Senses Resort, Aminess Vival Casa Lišanj, Aminess Vival Grand Azur Hotel, Aminess Vival Lišanj Family Hotel, Bellevue Maradiso Casa by Aminess, and Orsan Maradiso Hotel by Aminess, year-round, the All Inclusive Light service includes beverages with lunch and dinner (draft white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, mineral water).

At the hotels Aminess Alfir Hotel, Aminess Magal Maradiso Hotel, Aminess Senses Resort, Aminess Vival Grand Azur Hotel, Bellevue Maradiso Casa by Aminess, Orsan Maradiso Hotel by Aminess, and Veya Maradiso Hotel by Aminess, year-round, the half board price includes beverages with dinner (draft white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, mineral water).

At the hotels Aminess Vival Casa Velaris and Aminess Vival Velaris Resort, from 18/04/2026 to 31/10/2026 (inclusive), the half board price includes beverages with dinner (draft white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, mineral water).

At the Mediteran Maradiso Hotel by Aminess, from 01/06/2026 to 11/09/2026 (inclusive), the half board price includes beverages with dinner (draft white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, mineral water).

PETS

Small pets are permitted subject to a surcharge and prior notice in all AMINESS properties, except at the Aminess Laurel Khalani Hotel, Aminess Younique Narrivi Hotel, Aminess Vival Lišanj Family Hotel, Aminess Vival Casa Lišanj, and Aminess Younique Korčula Heritage Hotel. Pet accommodation must be added during the reservation process. The number of pets is limited to one (1) per hotel room and two (2) per apartment, holiday home, or villa.

PARKING

Parking is not included in the price and is charged at the reception in the following facilities:

  • At the hotels Aminess Vival Maestral Hotel, Laguna Maradiso Hotel by Aminess, Magal Maradiso Hotel by Aminess, Veya Maradiso Hotel by Aminess, and Aminess Alfir Hotel, the parking price is €3.00 per day.
  • At the hotels Aminess Liburna Hotel, Aminess Vival Casa Velaris, Aminess Vival Grand Azur Hotel, Aminess Vival Port9 Residence, Aminess Vival Port9 Resort, Aminess Vival Velaris Resort, Aminess Younique Bellevue Hotel, Bellevue Maradiso Casa by Aminess, Bellevue Maradiso Village by Aminess, and Marko Polo Maradiso Hotel by Aminess, the parking price is €5.00 per day.
  • At the Aminess Younique Gaia Green Villas, the parking price is €6.00 per day, while at the hotels Aminess Vival Lišanj Family Hotel and Aminess Vival Casa Lišanj, the price is €10.00 per day.
  • At the Aminess Laurel Khalani Hotel, parking is €10.00, and the garage is €20.00 per day.
  • At the Aminess Younique Korčula Heritage Hotel, parking is €15.00 per day.
  • At the Aminess Younique Narrivi Hotel, parking is €15.00, and the garage is €25.00 per day.
  • At the Aminess Younique Vollo Hotel Residences, only a garage is available at a price of €15.00 per day.
  • At the Mediteran Maradiso Hotel by Aminess, during the period from 01/06/2026 to 15/09/2026, parking is charged at €17.00, and the garage at €20.00 per day.

Parking is free in all other facilities.

NOTIFICATION DEADLINES, MINIMUM STAY AND GUEST ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE DAYS

The AGENCY shall provide the names of the guests at the time of reservation.

Upon expiry of the notification deadlines, AMINESS shall have no obligation to accept any change to guest names.

Minimum stay for AGENCY guests: as defined in the booking process.

Arrival/departure day for AGENCY guests: DAILY

AMINESS may freely dispose of accommodation capacities for which the AGENCY fails to submit notifications within the deadlines set out in these General Terms and Conditions and shall have no obligations whatsoever towards the AGENCY or the AGENCY’s guests in this respect.

STAY OF MINORS

In the accommodation establishments, check-in and stay of minors unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian are not permitted.

Exceptionally, minors may stay at the property as part of an organized group (e.g. school trips, sports camps, etc.), provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult (a group leader or another person authorized by the organizer) subject to prior notice and submission of the required documentation to the accommodation establishment.

The accommodation establishment reserves the right to refuse check-in or stay to minors who do not meet the above conditions.

CANCELLATION COSTS (COMPENSATION)

If the AGENCY cancels the use of confirmed accommodation capacities, it shall compensate AMINESS for cancellation damages as follows:

  • 75% of the total value of the reserved services in case of cancellation 0 – 14 days prior to the guest’s arrival;
  • 100% of the total value of the reserved services in case of guest no-show.

The AGENCY shall be entitled to a refund of paid but unused services in the event of illness or death of the guest or a member of their immediate family (spouse, life partner, parents (including adoptive parents), and children (including adopted children)), subject to the submission of appropriate official documentation confirming such circumstances.

COMPLAINTS REGARDING SERVICES

The Parties to the Agreement hereby agree that each party shall independently and directly, with the specific partner, carry out the organization of accommodation, provision of services, collection of payments for provided services, as well as all other operational activities related to the day-to-day organization and regulation of relations with partners and/or guests.

The AGENCY undertakes to clearly, transparently and visibly inform and instruct guests that, in the event of a complaint regarding the provided services, they must notify the reception of the accommodation establishment without delay, either in person or through the AGENCY’s representative, and no later than 24 hours after the deficiency in the service has been identified, namely in order for the complaint to be resolved during the guest’s stay at the accommodation establishment.

Complaints that are not reported in this manner shall not be taken into consideration. Subsequent complaints shall be considered exclusively if submitted in writing within 30 (thirty) days from the last day of the guest’s stay at the accommodation establishment, provided that the reception of the accommodation establishment was previously informed of the complaint.

RELOCATION TO ANOTHER PROPERTY

Should the accommodation establishment open later or close earlier than planned, or in the event of overbooking, AMINESS reserves the right to relocate confirmed reservations to another accommodation establishment of the same or higher category, at no additional cost to the guest.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The AGENCY and AMINESS hereby agree that, in their business operations, they fully comply with international and national regulations relating to the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the General Data Protection Regulation).

The AGENCY and AMINESS undertake to inform all their guests in a timely and appropriate manner about the AMINESS and AGENCY Privacy Policies (https://www.aminess.com/en/personal-data-protection-policy/).

The AGENCY undertakes to inform all its guests about the processing of their personal data by AMINESS and/or the group of undertakings within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.

APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions shall apply as of 1 January 2026. AMINESS reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions and provisions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments to these General Terms and Conditions and provisions shall be published on this website along with the date of their entry into force.

Any amendments to these General Terms and Conditions and provisions shall apply only to new reservations made after their publication on this website.
