These exclusive evenings with Skoko and surprise guests are on the programme the last Friday in the month from April to October.
Every Aminess Wine & Gourmet dinner is special. Chef Skoko and his guests always prepare new, exciting interpretations of seafood specialties paired with excellent wines from Croatia, Slovenia and other nearby countries. Known as a promoter of local ingredients and fish, Skoko often uses sardines, anchovies, mackerel, shark, bonito and eel in his dishes. The dinners are marked with a relaxed atmosphere full of good vibrations, and the chefs and sommeliers do their best to present the dishes and wines in an unpretentious, simple way.
