Every month, Novigrad will host renowned chef David Skoko, alongside a guest chef and members of the Aminess Gourmet team. Whereas on the islands of Krk and Korčula, culinary magic will be in the hands of chef Matija Bogdan. Make sure not to miss this unique experience of dining under the stars.
Each restaurant will welcome you in a pleasant atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy yourself. And while you are waiting for our top chefs to work their magic, you can try wines from local wineries or simply enjoy the beautiful sea view (in most of our restaurants). Each dish served will be prepared in a creative and original way, thanks to our chefs’ approach to local cuisine with a modern twist. Besides wonderful food and drinks, the pleasant atmosphere will be further lifted through music by various artists throughout dinner.
Top chefs will serve their culinary magic in 5 courses, each with a secret ingredient – a whole lot of love. The dishes are prepared from quality local and seasonal ingredients. This unforgettable culinary journey starts with a welcome drink, such as a glass of sparkling wine or apéritif, followed by a cold and hot starter, and main dish. The finale comes in the form of a mouth-watering dessert. Each course is a blend of tradition and innovation, leaving you speechless one after the other.
Each course is paired with the finest wines produced by our avid winemakers. Besides wine, every dish can also be enhanced by our Vergal olive oil of a rich and authentic taste. We produce the olive oil ourselves, drawing on the thousand-year-old tradition of olive growing in Istria.
