Sales policy

• Valid credit card required as your reservation guarantee.
• If you do not have a credit card, a guarantee prepayment of 1 overnight(s) in selected accommodation is required.
• Guarantee prepayment for clients without credit cards is accepted up to 7 day(s) after making of reservation.
• Check-in time is after 15:00 on arrival day.
• Check-out time is before 10:00 on departure day.
• Late check-out may result in extra charge.
• Room rates include local tax and service charges.
• Note that children aged 14 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
• The final accounts settlement is due at check-out.
• The prices stated in this price list are an approximation only.
• Should you wish to modify or cancel a confirmed reservation, you can do it online, subject to the Cancellation policy.
• "Aminess Hotels & Campsites reserves the right to change prices at any time depending on the availability and demand. The stated price in the offer is informative until the receipt of the booking confirmation. When checking-in the reception will require a valid credit card as guarantee of payment or an advance payment for persons without credit cards. Please note that your credit card will be charged in HRK (Croatian currency). Your bank hereinafter converts this amount to the currency of your domestic account. Due to your bank's exchange rate, this may result in a slightly different (higher) total charge than the amount stated in HRK on the hotel invoice. Pets Smaller pets are allowed (dogs and cats under 13 kg) at an extra charge of EUR 15,00 a night per pet. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room. The guest must provide the information on the breed of the pet and the vaccination booklet copy when booking. Pets are not allowed in the shared facilities, reception desk lobby, restaurant and swimming pool area or on the beach, unless it is a pet-friendly beach. The owners must look after their pets throughout their stay. Cancellation policy The reservation will be held till 20:00 hours, on a day of arrival. In case of cancellation 7-0 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation. In case of no show, we will apply a cancellation fee of one (1) overnight in the selected accommodation. In the event of an early departure the full amount of the reservation will be charged (exceptions will be made for departures due to illness or force majeure).
